For one donor, her grandmother’s infertility story inspired her decision. “My nan adopted my dad after she couldn’t have children. She’s so proud of me. She cries every time we talk about it.”

Even simple acts of empathy can inspire donation. One young woman said, “I have a neighbour going through IVF, and I felt so much for them.”
