Egg donors cannot be paid for eggs themselves. In South Africa, donors may be compensated for reasonable expenses related to the procedure. Cape Fertility offers the highest permissible compensation, based on national guidelines from SASREG, currently R9,000 per donation cycle. This is paid directly to you on the day of and directly after your donation.
